Questions

The practical part

How far in advance should we book?

For weekend dates in season, two to six months ahead is comfortable. If your date is closer than that, call — we scale our fleet to demand rather than turn events away.

What does the venue need to provide?

Level ground and clear access for delivery. That is all. Every suite carries its own fresh water and can run on our quiet generator, so a bare field hosts as well as a ballroom. If the venue has standard power and a hose connection, we will use those instead.

What is included in delivery?

Placement, leveling, connection, and a full styling check — lighting set, vanities stocked, climate running — before your first guest arrives. After the event we collect the suite and leave the site as we found it.

How do the suites stay fresh during a long event?

Suites are stocked for the full guest count, and service visits are scheduled around your timeline — never through the middle of it. For larger events, an on-site attendant restocks and resets continuously.

Do you provide attendants?

Yes. An attendant is included with The Grand Tide and available with any suite. They keep vanities set, supplies stocked, and the suite looking the way it did at doors-open.

Are the suites wheelchair accessible?

An ADA-compliant accessible suite — ramp entry, handrails, full interior turning radius — is available alongside any suite in the fleet. Mention accessibility needs in your quote and we will plan for it from the start.

What about weather?

Every suite is fully enclosed and climate-controlled — air conditioning in summer, heat in winter. Rain, cold, and August afternoons change nothing inside.

How does pricing work?

Every event is quoted individually: which suite, your dates, distance, and service level. Request a quote with your event date and we respond with a written number — no obligation, no follow-up campaign.

Can we see a suite before booking?

Yes, by appointment. Call and we will arrange a walkthrough.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the tri-county area — Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach — and cross to the Gulf coast for Naples and Fort Myers. For productions and multi-day bookings we travel further; ask when you call.

Still deciding?

Call and talk it through. We answer, and we do not hard-sell.
